We sell some delicious local honey…but can you pick out who is responsible for such tasty, medicinal, liquid gold from amongst its look alikes? This spring, try not to kill the amazing honey bee because he does much more than buzz around and make honey. Also, plant flowers that bees love wherever you can (just don’t spray them with herbicides or pesticides); they will look beautiful around your home and provide much needed nourishment for such a marvelous creature. Please examine the ‘safety vs. harm’ aspect of everything you put in your body. The quick, easy way is usually not the best. We typically do not end up with bad health over night, so we should expect the journey back to good health to take time. This aids healing..not just a bandage.

Do you love your family enough to fight for better personal health? We never know when we may exit this temporal life, but let us never be foolish enough to hasten death by destroying our own bodies and poisoning our minds with “foods” or “meds” that, with a little investigation and common sense, will prove how harmful they are.
