I hope everyone is enjoying this summer heat, staying cool and relaxing your nervous system as much as possible. I know I haven't been online much lately. My life, my practice and my whole world is going through a great transition period and I'm very excited about it. Currently I'm only seeing my regular clients and the ones who find me organically, but I haven't put my energy into advertising this modality much because I have a lot on my plate this month. Instead I let the universe guide the people in need towards my way and that way I know that it is a great match and I can help them. One of my absolute favorite clients to have are the ones who suffer from fibromyalgia. The healing they experience during our sessions is miraculous and I love being able to witness their healing journey. Here is a quick video of how Spinal Flow can help with fibromyalgia and I thought I would share it in case someone knows someone with this debilitating symptom so that they could get relief as soon as possible.

Have I told you how absolutely blessed I feel these days for finding my true calling when it comes to work & how happy I am to be doing what I'm doing? I know I don't advertise spinal flow much these days and there is a reason for it. Due to my recent back injury ( caused by overworking myself) I had to really limit the hours & the amount of sessions I can give to people & be very selective of who I work with.
I asked the Universe to ONLY send those clients my way who are TRULY suffering, who lost hope in recovery, who are in constant pain & who I could help feel better, ease their pain & restore their faith & hope in their body's healing ability.
And the Universe delivered.
They were all magically guided to me and they all shared the same symptoms: fibromyalgia, constant debilitating headaches, depression, back and neck pain, inability to go for walks, bulging discs & many other painful symptoms.
They lost hope in the medical system bc every attempt they tried made them feel worse. So Spinal Flow was their last hope!
As I started working on them & reminding them of their own body's innate intelligence and healing ability, they immediately started feeling better, sleeping better, experiencing less pain, more joy for life, less headaches, more balance in their bodies, deeper breaths, more mobility in their necks and back, and more excitement for their own lives.
I feel so absolutely blessed to be able to get a front row seat for these amazing and magical recovery journeys, to watch people experience less pain and more joy in their bodies, to reconnect their brain back into the body and help them not detach from their bodies, but to listen to their bodies and establish a healthy connection again!

Life is so beautiful when you are not in constant pain and for me to be able to help others experience this joy is the reward I will always be thankful for! I'm so truly blessed that Spinal Flow Technique has found me and that I wake up every day and I get to do what I love for a living. I couldn't have picked a better job if I tried.

I wanted to share my experience with my very first fibromyalgia client. When she first came in, her head could only turn 10% the most to each side. She was on a lot of medications for multiple reasons and also a lot of pain medication. After the first session she reported that she felt heavy (grounded) and back in her body again. Her neck could move much better right after the first session. She had 3 sessions already, her wave is super strong and increasing with each session. Today at the third session she looked like a butterfly that was ready to emerge from her cocoon and open her wings. Even her husband noticed that a big bump on her neck is gone. She can turn her head so much that she is afraid it might just spin around 🤪 she is off her pain medications, she doesn't need any of them anymore, she is able to walk her dogs and not have anxiety anymore whereas before she couldn't even move much because of pain and anxiety. She drives a whole hour to get sessions but the results are so fantastic & she is truly amazed. She said she doesn't even know what to tell her acupuncturist to work on, because she doesn't have those issues anymore.
I'm so happy to witness her healing journey and also I'm so in love with fibromyalgia clients, because they truly have tried everything and SF is like a final result for them. And it is such a powerful modality. I can't believe I'm actually doing this work 🥰❤️💞💗
