At the intersection of psychology and spirituality, the Inner Space Techniques are a guided, therapeutic journey into the inner space of meditation for self exploration and healing. In IST sessions clients get to the source of what holds them back in life, decharge emotional reactions and reconnect with their innate joy and creativity.
