Happy Women’s History Month!

This month we celebrate the accomplishments of women who helped shape the foundation of modern yoga.

Today we honor Sitadevi Yogendra, a pioneering teacher who made yoga accessible to women and families, and Geeta Iyengar, whose dedication to precision, therapeutic practice, and women’s health transformed the global yoga community.

Through their leadership, teaching, and unwavering commitment, yoga became more inclusive, empowering, and deeply rooted in women’s lived experiences. Because of their vision, generations of women have found strength, balance, and confidence through practice.

Today, we move in gratitude for the path they paved. ✨
