No, I don’t find it weird that someone would want to have a certain character to their eye painted back to what their “normal” use to be. Because that is how they looked their who life and how they, and others, saw themselves.
We obviously added a little highlight in the center but wanted to stay true to what use to look like.

It’s all about putting that time into your “career”, notice how I didn’t say job there.
Because when I go to work, it’s to improve and do better each and every day. And when I see jumps like this in my work, it feels like the work has paid off, in my mind.
I’m not here logging hours, because as an owner I don’t think I could afford myself, but I am here striving to do better, it may be a touch of OCD, it may also be a little adhd, but it’s something I take pride in.
And if you’ve met me, you know how I am. Even when you may think something is good, chances are I’m trying to figure out a way to make it even better. #67

came on in, and man it was nice to catch up.
But this blue on her looks so effortlessly natural on her.
But with this much blue pigment I definitely fought all my traditional painting techniques of how I typically paint a blue eye. But I love the outcome!

During a cleaning, your ocularist should also be surveying the back of your socket or smaller non seeing eye for any changes, discoloration, irregularities in the surface such as texture of tissue of the skin and check the surface covering the implant. As well as the prosthetics comfort in the socket, movement, and shape that may need to be adressed.

Ya know, in the beginning I was moved by so many stories of eye loss because everyone of them matter, but over time I started avoiding reading my DM’s, my emails, my texts, because they were all so full of heartbreak.
I became numb.
A few weeks ago I opened an email that was written to me about a tragic eye loss, and the struggle between regaining normalcy with a new look, and I was quickly reminded why I love doing the fun eye.
Not every normal eye will look good, no matter who makes it. There can be things that are off, or have lack of movement. And besides the physical loss and change there is the mental.
I am so grateful for those of you who have been able to share your story on these apps. No matter your following size. What you are doing is admirable, a few years ago there were no people who stood out the way you guys have!
And to be able to encourage others to own what truly makes them unique and turn something that brought so much sadness into something that one day can bring happiness and hopefully make them feel special for positive reasons is why I believe in making these.
Thank you, to the person who sent me this email, you know who you are. And to who inspired them to reach out. 💕 and to the many others who do the same.

This one seemed so simple when I started it, but I ran into a lot of issues setting the stone into the right angle after pressing and processing. But to my surprise this one came out extremely well. I’m very pleased with this one for
