Are things feeling a little less plump and juicy as they did years ago? 🍑 Collagen and elastin levels decline with age, causing the skin and support structures to droop and sag. Add to that hormone levels that become wonky during and after having kids, amidst times of stress, or as we enter into a new season of life, and sometimes our own body becomes unrecognizable to us in both the ways it looks and performs.
💃
This happens in all parts of the body: face, breasts, hands, tummy - but the area I’m referring to here is the va**na.

Can you think back to a time in your life when you s*x the most enjoyable thing you could do? talks about how she committed to making this her reality.... Great s*x may start with an intention or commitment, but the psychological aspect of s*x can only take you so far.
🧠
If you’re experiencing pain, low libido, diminished sensation, dryness or really just anything less than total pleasure, don’t settle. There are things that can be done to address all of these symptoms and get your anatomy into a place that aligns more with your psychology around s*x! Or, if your mind isn’t in the right place, sometimes addressing the anatomy is the first step.

So what can be done? The modalities I use for pelvic floor rehab and s*xual health include a combination of manual therapy, a muscle stimulation device and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). PRP will regenerate not only the nerves and blood supply to the areas of the va**na that are involved in the s*xual response, but it also creates collagen and elastin so that the support structures of the pelvic floor are stronger and more supportive.
💪
The result? Rejuvenation in an area that desperately needs to be as youthful as possible! 🌸
