We live in truly amazing times right now, despite what the talking heads might lead you to believe.

5sych3d3lic Therapy is no longer something that only happened in the past, nor is it just a far fetched dream of the future. It's a reality that's happening everyday in this new place I call home.

To hear about it happening after witnessing the movement grow for so many years is exciting, but to see it in process first hand is a mind-blowing experience. To have the reality of it all really sink in.

I finally visited a licensed center, made some connections & am elated to say I got to offer my first sound therapy session for clients at the center. I've been wanting to share these tools for this specific purpose for years, and feel so incredibly blessed that this dream is finally coming into fruition. It went really well, and I look forward to diving much deeper into this work. More to come!

This year was my first time at The Fairy & Human Relations Congress, an event I'd been curious about for a while. As one of my medicine practices involves directly interfacing with the little people, I was curious to see what would happen at an event focused on connecting with their realms.

I offered an elemental ecstatic dance ritual with Jan Kinsey ShamanismWorks, where we created a container to invite the King & Queen of the Sidhe to dance with us. They said they hadn't been invited to dance in 1,000 years, and joined us on our ethereal dance floor.

We danced with the elements & many nature spirits - giving offerings of incense, drink, sweat, tears & laughter. Here's to rekindling our relations within the subtle realms in a good way!

I had the pleasure of offering an opening ceremony at this year’s Rainbow Bridge Festival! A super sweet family vibes campout on private land in Washington.

Cleansing of the space & people, calling the directions, guided meditation, intention setting, invocation of benevolent helping spirits & sound bath.

After a summer full of events & traveling, I'm finally getting around to making some posts about what Ancestral Channels has been up to!

Here are photos from the Sonic Sauna theme camp I hosted at the Oregon Regional Burn "SOAK" this year, with support from Nate & Ericat .health !

I facilitated breathwork sound baths in the mornings & unique themed sound baths in the evenings.
Nate offered a workshop on conflict resolution strategies & played music in our evening sound bath collabs.
Ericat offered workshops on Holistic Harm Reduction practices within festival culture.

The goal of the theme camp was to provide a space for education, integration, rest & renewal. I think it was a success! Each event was really popular & well received. I need a bigger tent now!

The next Sonic Sauna - Contact with the Council of Light is coming up May 9th at Psanctum Thrift!
This is a special Sonic Sauna for 2 reasons - First, we're joined by professional Medium Amanda Gail to co-facilitate this community ritual & anchor the frequencies of the Council of Light. Second, this is the last Sonic Sauna monthly until Fall of 2024 as we will be traveling & bringing this offering to local festivals over the summer!

This is a limited capacity event at 30 seats to honor the integrity of the container. This event *will* sell out. You can buy your ticket in advance on the page.
