Sitting → Running? Do THIS First! 🏃‍♀️🔥
Long day at the desk or in the car? Sitting tightens your hips, glutes, and hamstrings — making that first mile rough. Prep your body so you can run strong from step one:
✨ Before You Run:
• Quick dynamic warm-up (leg swings, lunges)
• Light foam rolling if you can
• Ease into your first 10–15 minutes — skip early hills
🚗 Driving to Your Run?
• Warm up at home
• On arrival: leg swings, knee lifts, short jog
• Show up early if you’re meeting a group!
🧘 After the Run:
• Gentle stretches (hips, glutes, hamstrings)
• Hip flexor stretch + cat-cow = 💯
• Repeat at home for better recovery
Smooth miles start with smart prep. Your body will thank you! 🙌
