Train with purpose alongside Sam (Tues 4–5 PM) or Matt (Fri 6:30–7:30 AM). These guided sessions focus on building strength, stamina, and durability—perfect for endurance athletes and anyone looking to level up their fitness safely and effectively.

A runner-specific program designed to help high school athletes train smart all winter long. Expect strength, mobility, injury prevention, and progressive programming—all in a small-group setting that builds confidence and performance.
Whether you’re chasing a PR, staying healthy through winter training, or building a stronger foundation for the season ahead—this is how you start 2026 strong and FinishStrong.
