Happy Monday everyone the sun is shining today and is set to be for the majority of this week! As the weather is changing and more activities are being presented to you this is your reminder to keep yourself safe along with your community. Here at Teras we strongly encourage participation and connection with community based groups that align with what you are working towards whether that is AA or NA or even parenting. Another fun fact about us
In August 2010 Teras added the alcohol and other drug addiction program to be better equipped to address the multiple complex issues of people we work with. The outpatient program is state approved to meet all court requirements for DUII, probation and other forms of court mandated treatment. The alcohol and other drug treatment program also maintains integrity with our mission to provide affordable, accessible, quality treatment for individuals living in the Tri- County area and beyond.

Happy Friday, everybody as we go into the weekend the Tera’s staff would like to share this visual. Positive self talk and negative self talk can play a huge role when it comes to behavior, whether it is good or bad, be mindful and conscious of what you are thinking and why?
Studies have shown that CBT intertwined with SUD services can really make a huge difference, not only while in treatment, but even long after.
