This morning I’m listening to an interview of Panache Desai that my friend texted to me
It’s incredibly fascinating to listen to someone and have the response of “yes yes yes, 100%”.
And then in another five seconds, “I definitely don’t agree with that.”
It’s happening over and over and over. And and cracking me up. But it’s also inspiring so many thoughts and reflections-

I've never felt aligned with the way we're taught to approach the New Year.
The idea that January 1st is somehow the moment we're meant to have clarity, motivation, and momentum—right after a full holiday season, and a very full nervous system.
One thing many people don’t know about my work is this:
⭐ Shamanism isn’t static. It isn’t frozen in time.
And it was never meant to be. 🪅
The reason soul retrieval and shamanic teachings continue to be so alive is because they grow alongside the people they serve. Spirit doesn’t repeat itself — it responds. It meets us where we are. 💫
When medicine becomes rigid, it can lose its tenderness.
And when healers cling too tightly to formulas, it’s easy to miss what’s actually being asked for in the moment. 🦉
What I love most about this work is that it listens. 🍃
I come into sessions with tools, yes — but not with a script. I don’t try to “apply” healing. I ask to be of service. I sit in relationship with Spirit and ask to reveal what’s needed now, not what could be subscribed.
Healing doesn’t move in straight lines. 〰️
Empowerment doesn’t look the same for everyone. 🪂
And Spirit, in my experience, has far more insight — and far more grand solution — than we can often grasp. 🤌
This is living medicine.
Like nature itself: always changing, always responsive, always alive. ⛰️🌲

⛅ I’ve been noticing something in spiritual spaces for a long time. Many people feel supported by spirit… but still doubt themselves. 🫤
Still hesitate.
Still look “up” instead of inward. ☝🏾
It makes sense—we were trained that way.

Why did I start hearing the plants? Why did they start talking to me? I think I am a good candidate. I grew up in Humboldt county CA with an herbalist as a mother. My mother was a great example that plants support us through many illnesses. She would be making poultices, tinctures, and herbal tonics. It was a lot of work! But it paid divide ends in the health of our bodies. I had never had and still do not have a relationship with Western Medicine.
In the beginning the essential oils surprised me that they could work like our herbal remedies, even more quickly and at times more effective. (Of course not all essential oils are made the same.) doTERRA essential oils have been a key part in transitioning my Spiritual Chaos to a Spiritual Calm.
