An awesome method that Jan Engels-Smith talked about (it’ll be on the LightSong podcast shortly):
When you notice that you have a negative belief system. To reprogram it, write down the belief system you would rather have.
Start it on your phone or literally in your back pocket. And when fear or worry come up, you can read this new belief system.
Reminding yourself what you want to believe in-and if you write it at a time where you’re feeling gratitude or safety you can more easily tap back into those feelings.

Why did I start hearing the plants? Why did they start talking to me? I think I am a good candidate. I grew up in Humboldt county CA with an herbalist as a mother. My mother was a great example that plants support us through many illnesses. She would be making poultices, tinctures, and herbal tonics. It was a lot of work! But it paid divide ends in the health of our bodies. I had never had and still do not have a relationship with Western Medicine.
In the beginning the essential oils surprised me that they could work like our herbal remedies, even more quickly and at times more effective. (Of course not all essential oils are made the same.) doTERRA essential oils have been a key part in transitioning my Spiritual Chaos to a Spiritual Calm.
