🔥 Because I wanted to.
It’s a beautiful fall day—the air crisp, the colors deep—and I wanted to stay outside. So I built a fire, set up a table and chair, and brought my work out here.
It’s the month of gratitude, and I’m feeling it in every spark. Grateful for the wood, the flames, the breath of fresh air, and the freedom to follow what feels good.
May the blessings you’re asking for come as easily as saying “yes.”

There are moments in my life when the love and hope I feel for humanity are overwhelming. Tears fill my eyes as this energy washes over me. 😢
We are so capable. We are unique in the universe. We are imaginative, creative, and resilient. And I know we hold the solutions to our situations.
🌟 Years ago, early in my shamanic journey, I was flying into LAX. High above the homes, I looked out the window and felt a familiar wave of love, sadness, hope, and prayers wash over me. As tears fell from my eyes, Spirit whispered: I am here to help humanity remember its sovereignty. They are ready to be whole, healed, and thriving. 🌟
Through Spirit’s eyes, I see the beauty in you, in us—even when the world feels heavy. We are creator beings, born to bring new life to this Earth. This is a time of conscious awakening and the great evolution of consciousness. 🌷
I believe we are here to rise beyond fear and harm, to reclaim our freedom, and step fully into ascension.

Why did I start hearing the plants? Why did they start talking to me? I think I am a good candidate. I grew up in Humboldt county CA with an herbalist as a mother. My mother was a great example that plants support us through many illnesses. She would be making poultices, tinctures, and herbal tonics. It was a lot of work! But it paid divide ends in the health of our bodies. I had never had and still do not have a relationship with Western Medicine.
In the beginning the essential oils surprised me that they could work like our herbal remedies, even more quickly and at times more effective. (Of course not all essential oils are made the same.) doTERRA essential oils have been a key part in transitioning my Spiritual Chaos to a Spiritual Calm.
