This patient came in with persistent knee pain after an injury to the area a few weeks ago.

But did you know the ROOT cause can sometimes be above the knee?! 🤔

✅ First, I assessed the pelvis using Gillet’s Test to check sacroiliac mobility. An imbalance here can create compensations down the kinetic chain.

✅ I adjusted the ilium, restoring proper movement and helping relieve unnecessary stress on the knee.

✅ To address local pain and inflammation, I applied infrared laser therapy directly to the knee for enhanced healing and circulation.

Goodmorning and happy Tuesday!

Here is a friendly reminder to check your posture throughout the day 👍🏽

Check out the photo below to compare.
Be sure that your low back is fully supported and pressed firmly on the chair
Keep your arms at 90 degrees and rested comfortably
Feet should be flat on the ground and your legs should be 90/90.

There are unfortunately some long term effects to sitting prolonged (6+ hours).
These can include:
Weak Glutes
Stiff Neck and Shoulders
Low back pain

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, chiropractic and massage is a great way to get relief and restore function.
