Our staff brings a diverse range of specialties, and collectively they are experts in the treatment of pelvic floor conditions for women and men (non-sexual and sexual dysfunctions, pain, pediatric bowel and bladder dysfunctions), shoulder injuries, spine and low back pain and disorders, lymphedema, knee injuries, total joint replacement, sports injuries.

We found the boss relaxing on the job! 😆 Anytime you ask Connor Hurley, our co-Director, how things are going, he’ll tell you he’s livin’ the dream, and he wants to help you live yours! He won’t sing his own accolades and praises, so we will. He’s fellowship-trained, an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, and his manual therapy skills are impeccable. Plus, he can diagnose some of the most complicated cases effortlessly. And he’s really fun to hang out with! 😄 So give him some praise down below!

Our Co-Director, Jessica Dorrington, has paved the way in the space of pelvic health, orthopedics, and sports over the last two decades. She was one of the first 32 PTs in the country to sit for the PRPC examination- showing the highest level of specialty in pelvic health—and this is where our Therapeutic Associates Bethany Program was born. She has mentored countless therapists over the years to learn her knowledge, authored a book on pregnancy and exercise, helped so many athletes reach their goals, and recently had to re-sit for her credentials! That knowledge is still shaping our company pelvic health program as she contributes to our company learning initiatives and we have expanded pelvic health to our Rock Creek location as well! School is out and summer has arrived. ☀️ As the weather in the PNW heats up, it’s important to monitor our hydration levels. Did you know the easiest way to monitor hydration status is the color of your urine? Ideal urine color is similar to “light lemonade”. 🍋 This reflects good overall fluid volumes and that you are doing a great job drinking during the day. If that toilet looks more like “apple juice” 🍎 your body needs more fluid and it’s time to grab a glass of water. Recommendations for total fluid intake is half of your body weight in ounces. The majority of that fluid should be our good friend water. So next time you visit the restroom, take a quick peek at your urine color and grab a glass as needed.
