Join Niki Biltonbin Seattle for a Pulse Workshop!
PULSE DIAGNOSIS
A Practical Workshop
SAT-SUN 5-6 MAY 2018
SEATTLE WA
The first hour of the workshop will review the essentials of Pulse Diagnosis: the normal pulse; the 28 pathological pulse
qualities; issues of pulse volume versus quality; treatment indications such as major blocks, channel obstructions & tonification (with or without moxibustion) versus dispersion.
For the rest of the hands-on workshop patients & local practitioners’ family & friends of all ages will be dropping in throughout the 2 days to volunteer their pulses, providing a wide range of diagnostic opportunities and comparative palpation/recognition.
The volunteers will be booked in advance for specific 60 minute time slots, enabling participants to take a multitude of pulses, all validated by tutor feedback. The aim is to build your pulse identification skills, enhancing your diagnostic confidence.
