2025 was an initiation — a year of shedding, changing, and surrendering.�For many of us, the Year of the Snake 🐍 brought unexpected shifts, endings, and deep transformation.
For me, this year asked me to soften instead of force… to release old identities… and to trust my body more than my mind.� What I now know is this when we listen to the wisdom held in the womb, we remember how to move through change with grace, clarity, and devotion to our own becoming.
This is why I’m gathering with a small circle of devoted womb healers for a live ritual—to create a space where we can slow down, attune, and let the body lead us home.
In the midst of this, I’ve been training as a Womb Health Practitioner with — learning to guide somatic release practices that alchemize emotional energy and restore womb health and vitality. (I graduate in January!! 🎉)
And what tending to the womb has taught me is that setting goals — and moving through loss and change — does not happen through the mind.
