Large, bright, unfurnished office/room available for rent at the Flanders House. The room is about 155 sq ft. It has both a south and a west-facing window. Located on the second floor of a beautiful craftsman-style home. There is a closet in the room. You will also have access to a small kitchen/breakroom. Rent includes utilities, garbage, and wi-fi.

The Flanders House is located behind and in association with the Everett House Community Healing Center in the Kerns neighborhood. Join the multiple mental health practitioners, LMTs, and/or body/energy workers with private practice offices in the Flanders House. We have a large community room that can be rented for small group meetings.

Rent: $775 per month. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus the first month's rent, is required. 12-month lease.
