Most patients at Integrative Pediatrics chose not to give the flu shot and either followed the The Vaccine-Friendly Plan-Friendly Plan or some slower schedule. The results for their children were amazing.

The news is promoting flu shots once again - and even though they say it doesn't match the circulating strain - the doctors are still pushing this as the most important way to protect yourself - FALSE! Getting flu shots makes you more vulnerable to all the other strains and viruses circulating!

Don't think for yourself - Mommy knows best according to AMA president. They can monitor the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines but apparently you should trust that they are safe and effective becuase they said so even when there has, by definition, been no long term safety testing.

Educating the public about the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine programs is an urgent priority.
