Mindful Meditation for everyone. A six week course teaching the basics of how to meditate. Learn how to be present with what is, focusing on the breath, alignment and calming the mind. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
Forty-five minute class that will include basic instructions, guided meditation, and time for questions and feedback. Each attendee will be given the tools to begin or enhance a home meditation practice. $90 for the course or pay what you can. No one turned away for lack of funds.
