By slowing down and listening we can tap into wisdoms held deep within our bodies, unearthing long-held patterning to be witnessed and transformed.

Groundwater Healing above all offers a way for you to find deeper connection with yourself, the Earth, and the plants through intuitive bodywork and energy work, herbal medicine, embodiment coaching, earth medicine, seasonal healing, and online classes. Bodywork, guided visualizations, energy medicine practices, and herbal healing can facilitate this process of tuning in, allowing us relaxation and grounding, and deeper connection to our authentic selves. When we bring in the Earth's medicine and the wider web of life that we're embedded in to help assist us in our healing, we find profound belonging and sense of ease can arise within our nervous systems.

It’s nearly the 10 year anniversary (🤯) of when I wrote these babies (the Sacred Seasons Guidebooks) and I still never get over seeing something I’ve written and published be displayed in stores.

There’s still 6 more weeks of Winter but carries all 4 seasons. They’re also a gem of a magical and herbal store if you need other goodies 🌼🌿🌈💎🔮

So grateful for these community hubs now more than ever.

This was a big week for old, buried stories and emotions to surface and release. What a gift.

This is absolutely part of this moment of collective liberation.

Shedding the burdens we’ve been carrying so we can show up more fully for this time. Meeting ourselves in our tenderness so we have capacity to meet others there as well.

Give someone the gift of sharing what you’ve been holding alone, corralling off to the hidden places in you. It’s an honor to see you. And what a gift for those places within you to finally be seen.

Perhaps today on this day of boycott, some of this time could be used to be present with your felt body. Shake, dance, make sound, invite your emotions to liberate themselves.

Lighten your heart and body so you can move from love and aligned peace within.

One of my favorite moments of my work is when my students or clients experience the distinct love or consciousness of a plant.

They look at me wide eyed. Often teary. Something so subtle, but so amazing has changed them.

The experience has shifted in their relationship with plants and earth.

There’s a recognition that they’re not the only ones doing the loving. They feel held or loved or seen in a way they didn’t know they could.

It’s pretty awesome.

You are intuitive. Your body knows. You can connect with the spiritual forces both within and outside yourself. Your consciousness is linked with the consciousness of all there is. You DO know.

One of the biggest ways we can practice returning to the wisdom within is through grounding and centering our energy daily, and practicing communicating with other beings like the plants.
