A message from Coach Dan:
As a 45-year-old dad, husband, and business owner, I train for a lot of reasons.
This picture one of them.
Someday my kids will be stronger, faster, and fitter than me and Iโm okay with that.
What Iโm not okay with is being the dad who has to say no to the trail run, the hike, the backpacking trip, or helping them build something hard someday.
And honestly, this is something we hear often in intros, goal reviews, and private sessions too:

So I keep it simple. Pick three of these and don't stop
Eat mostly single-source foods.
Drink very little alcohol.
Move your body with intention every day.
Spend as much time as you can with people you want to be around.
