The hard truth: you can’t.

Enamel doesn’t grow back and since it’s the hardest substance in the body, noticeable loss should raise concern.

The goal isn’t rebuilding, it’s identifying why it’s happening. Enamel loss is usually multifactorial. Grinding, clenching, acid exposure, traumatic bite, and diet can all play a role.
