I don’t know about yall but allergies are kicking my butt this year!! There’s pollen all over my car like snow! This Achoo Away tincture from The Herb Shoppe has been my saving grace. Of course it has nettles in it as well as a bunch of other herbs formulated to help with all the runny nose, sinus, sneezy, scratchy throat etc symptoms. I might even need to order another bottle!

It’s been pretty surreal how warm of a January and February it’s been here. We’ve been going to the beach more than the mountain. At least with temperatures this high we know there is . I hope everyone is staying safe and finding joy when they can. And I’m always available for some stress relief and to retreat from the world for a little bit in a safe space. I just realized that Meta makes it tricky to go directly to my scheduling page in order to make an appointment.

On instagram you have to click on the little down arrow next to “contact” and it will bring up a hidden book now button.

On Facebook you can get there by clicking on the “shop now” button.

January tends to be so slow and quiet. It’s nice to get to recover from the chaos of the holidays and hibernate a bit through these dark winter days. A time to look inward and see what seeds we are feeding and nourishing in preparation to burst forth come springtime. I’m grateful to have this time for reflection on how I am and how I want to be in the world. Learning how to better be in community and to support and stand up for those who are under attack or struggling. May we all leave this world better than we found it and amplify the voices of the silenced.
