After attending East West College of the Healing Arts, I became a licensed massage therapist in 2009. My specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage as well as Reiki. I am always pursuing new modalities to incorporate into my practice and love mixing new things in. I also have over 20 years of experience in herbal medicine and I love incorporating plants into massages using essential oils. It’s been pretty surreal how warm of a January and February it’s been here. We’ve been going to the beach more than the mountain. At least with temperatures this high we know there is . I hope everyone is staying safe and finding joy when they can. And I’m always available for some stress relief and to retreat from the world for a little bit in a safe space. I just realized that Meta makes it tricky to go directly to my scheduling page in order to make an appointment.

On instagram you have to click on the little down arrow next to “contact” and it will bring up a hidden book now button.

On Facebook you can get there by clicking on the “shop now” button.

Hopefully that helps make it easy to get in with me! Hope you’re taking care of yourselves and don’t forget to hydrate!

January tends to be so slow and quiet. It’s nice to get to recover from the chaos of the holidays and hibernate a bit through these dark winter days. A time to look inward and see what seeds we are feeding and nourishing in preparation to burst forth come springtime. I’m grateful to have this time for reflection on how I am and how I want to be in the world. Learning how to better be in community and to support and stand up for those who are under attack or struggling. May we all leave this world better than we found it and amplify the voices of the silenced.
