A love for medicine and cultivation of Eastern healing systems

My love for medicine and Eastern healing systems developed during a six-month undergraduate sabbatical in India. These studies sparked my desire to search for a new perspective on healthcare. I was inspired by the knowledge that our health relates to the environment around us and that wellness only comes when we have a deeper understanding of the root causes of illness.

I consider myself an educator, investigator and perpetual student. I strive to encourage my patients to feel empowered by their health choices and help to eliminate the obstacles to their wellness.
