In the spirit of the holidays will be a bit different this week. From 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM I'll be teaching the "Beyond Basics" class while Ash&Matt are out of town. We'll be focusing on some fun, new transitions involving Reverse Star, Sidestar, and Vishnu's Couch. We might even put them all together into a machine. Afterwards the community jam from 6:45-9:45 will be free. C'mon down and get your acro in before you're too full of eggnog.

I’m now offering a new Intermediate acro class and jam Thursday nights 6:30-7:30 at Yoga Shala, called “Acro Strength.” It’s inspired by the Magness’s Acro Mastermind program, acrogasm, and the machines and poses we’ve discovered in AcroLab over the last 5 years. The jam afterward is “pay whatever you want” donation and goes until 9pm. I’m happy to spot, coach and/or base you through whatever your working on or you’re welcome to just show up and play. We had a really great crew last week, so please join us tomorrow night!

NEW ACRO CLASS TONIGHT!
Join me tonight for Acro Strength at Yoga Shala. We'll start with partner-acro strength training, and then practice some strong-flier/solid-base acro poses. Class is 6:30-7:30pm. Donation jam to follow, 7:30-9pm.
