I am looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is interested in being an independent contractor or employee at my well-established massage therapy practice. Most of my clients use private insurance, so we would need to get you credentialed with insurance companies. I would be willing to do all that leg work for you, plus all of the billing. My thought is to start with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Moda, and Providence. This process can take up to 3 months to complete, so your start date would be dependent on that. I am located at 23rd and East Burnside in a beautiful Victorian with ground-level access and off-street parking in a professional building with other healthcare professionals. We do have a private entrance and waiting area with a shared common space, which includes the bathroom and kitchenette area, as well as a private backyard. Pay would be dependent on structure. I would currently be looking to fill Monday 4:30-7 p.m., Tuesdays/Thursdays 2:30-7 p.m., Friday 3-7 p.m., and all day Saturday, or any combination of those days or times with some flexibility on both ends. Independent Contractor: $40 per massage hour and $20 per non-massage hour (turnover time is generally 15 minutes), so if you do 4 massages, that's an extra $20 for the non-massage time, plus 100% tips. Employee: $30 per massage hour and $18 per non-massage hour, as outlined above, plus 100% of tips. Contact Nicole at Healing Hands Massage & Bodywork for more information and inquiries at 503-750-4719.
