Sometimes people ask about the names.

Why Rooted Rebel?
Why partner with a gym like Against the Grain Fitness?

Because we were never meant to fit in one box.

We’re not just a yoga studio.
We’re not just a gym.
We are the place you come when you want to move, laugh, connect, and feel alive in your body.

We’re rebels because we believe wellness should also be FUN.
We want dance nights.
Workshops.
Book clubs.
Big exhale energy and big belly laughs.

On Saturday 2/28 at 6pm, Chayse is leading a beginner-friendly line dancing evening that is open to EVERYONE — members or not.

No experience needed.
No perfect boots required.
Just bring your people (or come solo and leave with new ones).

Kick up your heels.
Clap your hands.
Maybe yee-haw a little. 🤠
