📣 We’re officially OPEN at our new location!

Thank you to all of our amazing patients for being so patient and understanding throughout this transition. Your support truly means the world to us 💙

While we’ll still have a little ongoing construction as we finish up the final details, we’re fully open and operating under our regular office hours, providing the same care you know and love.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we searched for the perfect new location. We’re excited to announce that Neighborhood Chiropractic & Acupuncture is now MoveWorks Chiropractic and Rehab, and we’re relocating to 2705 SE Milwaukie Ave., 97202 in SE Portland.

📢 Important Notice

Due to recent changes, our providers at Neighborhood Chiropractic & Acupuncture will be out of network with American Specialty Health (ASH) effective November 24, 2025 and with all insurance plans billed under Optum, effective December 23, 2025.

We will continue to provide covered services to patients insured through American Specialty Health and Optum until the termination dates to ensure continuity of care and compliance with contractual obligations. 🤝

⚠️ Beginning on the effective dates, our office will be considered out-of-network with ASH and Optum. Patients may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits if permitted by their insurance plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn how this change may affect your coverage.

We understand that this transition may impact your care, and we are committed to supporting you through the process. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or to discuss alternative options, such as billing your out of network benefits, for your continued treatment.

😷 Common symptoms like sneezing, congestion, sore throat, and fatigue are making their rounds, whether from allergies, colds, or the changing weather.

😴 If you’re not feeling your best, we totally understand. Taking time to rest and recharge is an important part of wellness, both for you and for our care team.

📣 Important Update for Our Massage Therapy Patients

Starting November 1, 2025, massage therapy appointments will no longer be billed under Physical Therapy (PT) benefits due to high demand and ongoing insurance challenges.

Going forward, massage will only be available to patients who either:

✅ Have massage therapy coverage through their insurance
OR
✅ Choose to pay out-of-pocket (with our Time of Service discount 💸)

If you’ve been using PT benefits for massage, this change may affect your coverage. Please review your insurance plan and contact us with any questions or to adjust your upcoming appointments.
