We offer a wide variety of gentle and modern chiropractic treatments including hot packs, adjustment, Graston technique, cold laser, ultrasound, electro-muscle stimulation, and massage. We offer low cash rates, and take pride in caring for car accident victims, returning veterans, students, expecting mothers, persons with all types of acute and chronic injuries, as well as wellness patients. We’re glad that you found us, and we look forward to serving you.

📢 Important Notice

Due to recent changes, our providers at Neighborhood Chiropractic & Acupuncture will be out of network with American Specialty Health (ASH) effective November 24, 2025 and with all insurance plans billed under Optum, effective December 23, 2025.

We will continue to provide covered services to patients insured through American Specialty Health and Optum until the termination dates to ensure continuity of care and compliance with contractual obligations. 🤝

⚠️ Beginning on the effective dates, our office will be considered out-of-network with ASH and Optum. Patients may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits if permitted by their insurance plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn how this change may affect your coverage.

We understand that this transition may impact your care, and we are committed to supporting you through the process. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or to discuss alternative options, such as billing your out of network benefits, for your continued treatment.
