Tele speech therapy works! Here are the figures from Florida(haven't seen Maine's research on this!)
Florida Medicaid director Beth Kidder told members of the Medical Care Advisory Committee on September 24, 2020, that the number of Medicaid providers using telehealth increased from 657 at the end of 2019 to 15,945 as of June amid the pandemic. Likewise, there has been an increase in Medicaid beneficiaries who use telehealth. The number of beneficiaries using telehealth increased from 23,616 at the end of 2019 to 192,038 as of June, according to Kidder's data.

Teletherapy and telecoaching has always been available for MaineCare and private pay clients. During this Covid-19 crisis, most insurance companies and state funding(Child Development Services) are allowing teletherapy sessions.
