If your squats feel weird, your body is not the problem… Your cues are. 😮‍💨

Here are the 3 most common squat mistakes I see (don’t worry, we fix them every day):

1️⃣ Knees caving in
→ Think: Knees track with toes
2️⃣ Curved Spine (the “bad b*tch position”)
→ Think: Straight line from head to b***y
3️⃣ Head Back
→ Think: Staring someone down dead ahead 🤝

Your squat should feel strong, grounded, and smooth. Not crunchy… not pinchy… not “why do my quads hate me” energy.
