Starting Monday November 3, we will be holding an “essential item” drive to benefit the Portland Food Bank. We will continue this drive through the end of the year 🦃 🎄 . Please consider donating during this giving season to help local families in need.

Suggested items per the Food Bank;
- paper towels
- toilet paper 🧻
- sponges 🧽
- dish detergent
- shampoo 🧴
- tooth brush/paste 🦷
- feminine products
- body deodorant
- soap 🧼
- gloves/ mittens 🧤
- scarves 🧣
- socks 🧦

It was a beautiful morning for the Come on Over 5k! No PRs were made 🤣 but it was nice to get our heart rates up with some family, friends, and lots of patients along the route! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
