Our giving tree is up and running! We will continue to collect “essential items” through the end of the year to donate to the Portland Food Bank. Thank you in advance for helping our cause and the community!

Starting Monday November 3, we will be holding an “essential item” drive to benefit the Portland Food Bank. We will continue this drive through the end of the year 🦃 🎄 . Please consider donating during this giving season to help local families in need.

It was a beautiful morning for the Come on Over 5k! No PRs were made 🤣 but it was nice to get our heart rates up with some family, friends, and lots of patients along the route! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
