108 hours, 3 months, studying the softer side of yoga. Yin, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Trauma informed yoga, Alchemy bowls, Pranayama and mudras, Chair yoga and sound healing with restorative practice.
Community! Vulnerability, Higher Self exploration and Curiosity.
I’ve practiced yoga for 17 years, but the past 2 years I jumped into a deeper study of this beautiful ancient Eastern practice and it has truly changed my life, for the better. Yoga is much more than the asanas ( poses). It is a deeper reflection on how we show up, react and accept the challenges we face. It’s a deeper spiritual way to stop the monkey mind. It takes practice and practice and more practice.
So I show up differently now for myself, my students and hopefully the world.
Thank you for the 200 hour training that started this deeper curiosity. Thank you for bringing me closer to my authentic practice and curiosity.
I know one thing for certain… this is just the beginning. This practice is part of me. Grateful beyond belief 🙏🧘♀️❤️
