Join us for our Yoga for Chronic Pain series every Friday. Deborah Burke leads this gentle, supportive yoga class designed for those living with chronic pain. Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, she'll guide participants through techniques to ease tension, improve mobility, and cultivate compassionate connection with their bodies. Chair variation poses are offered to support comfort, safety, and self-care.
