Menopause is more than hormonal change. It’s a full-system recalibration: physical, neurological, emotional and spiritual. A profound biological and evolutionary transition. Yet many women are left to navigate its multifaceted intensity alone, feeling as if they’re broken and dysfunctional.

Join us for our 6-session class to work at the root: we will stabilize the nervous system, tend the identity shifts of midlife, and rebuild self-trust so the body can be experienced as a natural intelligence reorganizing itself. As a woman’s nervous system stabilizes, sleep improves, mood steadies, thinking clears, vitality returns and confidence deepens.

Free Introductory Class
The Medicine of Menopause: a nervous system renewal
Saturday, April 4
6–7:30pm

There’s a deeper intelligence moving through menopause... one that our culture hasn’t respected.

I’m honored to be offering a free introductory gathering at Heart Spring as a doorway into this work.

Menopause is more than hormonal change. It’s a full recalibration: physical, neurological, emotional and spiritual. And many women are left to navigate it alone, feeling as if something is wrong with them.

In this free session, I’ll share from my own journey and the work I’ve been devoted to for over 25 years, guiding women through sacred thresholds of change. We’ll explore this passage as an intelligent, initiatory process, and move through a simple experiential practice together.

This gathering also opens into a 6-session circle where we work at the root, stabilizing the nervous system, rebuilding self-trust, and allowing the body to reorganize with support and understanding.

Women were never meant to walk this threshold alone.

Something changes when we come together in a regulated, intentional space.

If you’re in the menopause passage, or beginning to feel its call, you’re welcomed here.

Dress comfortably. And bring your weathered and wise heart.

✨ Reset your nervous system. Reconnect with yourself. ✨

Join sound healer Cathy Wright for a 60-minute sound bath + guided meditation designed to bring you into deep relaxation and inner balance.

We’ll begin with a gentle, trauma-informed meditation to help you settle into your body and quiet the mind. Then, as you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound vibrations from crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and rain stick.

These frequencies help:
🌿 Calm the nervous system
🌿 Release emotional tension
🌿 Reduce stress & anxiety
🌿 Restore clarity and groundedness

Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply need space to reset. No experience needed—just come as you are.
