Momentum Rehab and Sports Massage My massage studio is a place to relax and recover from stress, injury, or for self care. I am profic I love what I do and I hope to see you in the near future.

My passion is getting my clients to get out of the pain they are in so they can lead the lives they were meant to live. I perform evidence based therapeutic massage whether you just want to relax or you want to get ready for a big sporting event. So when you leave Four Seasons Massage and Fitness you not also reach your goals but you come out functioning better. This can mean less pain, increased range of motion, or just a deeper sense of relaxation.
