Do your joints bend past the normal range of motion?

This is a sign of hyper-mobility. With hyper-mobility, skin can have more elasticity while joints can sometimes go beyond the typical range of motion due to being supported by muscle instead of tendons or ligaments. Sometimes when given a deep tissue massage it feels wonderful in the moment, however, a day or two later do you feel like everything has locked up? Or worse do your joints feel like a cooked spaghetti noodle?
