Happy Sunday everyone!
So most of us are just relaxing this weekend, and may be eating a lot (I know 😅)...but what if you are following your GLP-1 diet?
Nausea triggers?
May be from junk food like greasy fries, soda, big fried meals—it delays your GLP-1 magic..
SWAP for HEALTHIER food like broths, ginger tea.
Gut health key for 30+: Less processed = faster fat burn.
My delay-breaker? I already ditched them.
