Danielle's Table is Therapeutic Massage done by Danielle del Prado LMT, License # OR20004. Danielle del Prado RRT, CPC, LMT Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Personal Chef and Licensed Massage Therapist. My massage style is a mix between Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, with a focus on myofascial trigger points. I use slow strokes, stretches and deep pressure to work on tight areas to release specific muscle tension to restore flexibility, decrease pain and help heal repetitive motion injuries. My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness, as I am a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body and mind. I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical, as well as emotional stress, and strongly believe in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. I take Cigna, Pacific Source, Health Net,Providence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Insurance.

Just saw my last client, did my last load — all sheets and towels are washed and folded.
My studio is clean and reset. All plants are fertilized and watered. All garbage taken to the trash.

I showed up today, and all year, even while carrying a lot personally and fighting to keep my head above water. I worked my ass off. I stayed present. I kept going.

I’m deeply grateful for my clients. I love my job. I love going to work. That part never wavered.

Closing out 2025 with gratitude and strength.
Looking forward. Still working hard.
