Firelight Yoga Come for the Yoga, stay for the Community. We have heated and unheated yoga and fitness classes all day, every day. https://firelightyoga.com/

Start today with 30 Days of unlimited classes for $59! Firelight Yoga was created by best friends, (Holly and Jessica,) as a way of sharing their love for yoga with both, current yogis, and with those who have never practiced yoga before. We're not a franchise or corporation. We're a small, local studio in Portland, OR, where teachers from all backgrounds come together to promote optimal health and positive well-being. We recognize that not everyone has the means to practice yoga in a studio and we work with our community to find accessible ways for all to practice with us. We also offer discounts for students, teachers, seniors (60+), military, veterans, first responders and KStation residents. In addition to our signature Hot FLY class, we also offer Power Sculpt, heated and unheated Vinyasa classes of varying intensities, Yin, Gentle Yoga and Deep Stretch! (All of our hot classes are radiantly heated.) As we continue to grow our schedule after closing for many months during the pandemic, we will be adding much more! (Both heated and unheated)

We use strict cleaning protocols in-between classes and have air purifiers in use 24/7. For more details on safety measures, class offerings, schedule, class packages and more, please visit our website: www.firelightyoga.com

Women Who Lead ✨

As part of our Women Who Lead series, we’re highlighting women in the Firelight community who are creating meaningful work and supporting others through their businesses.

Today we’re featuring Journey Stewart, founder of Rooted Healing Integration.

She created her practice with the intention of offering healing outside the limitations of traditional mental health systems and built a space grounded in authenticity, integrity, and care.

She shared that leadership, to her, means having the courage to take action, especially when it feels uncomfortable, and embodying both strength and softness.

One of the most meaningful lessons she’s learned is to trust herself, even when she can’t yet see the outcome .

We’re grateful to share space with women who are deeply committed to helping others heal, grow, and feel supported.

We believe in building spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe to show up as they are.

And movements for justice, equity, and collective care don’t live outside the studio but instead right in our communities, conversations, and in how we show up for one another.

To those participating in the No Kings March this Saturday, we see you. We support and stand with you. And we’ll be here holding space before, after, and always 🖤.

Women Who Lead ✨

As part of our Women Who Lead series, we’re highlighting women in the Firelight community who are creating meaningful work and supporting others through their businesses.

Today we’re featuring Lara Dilkes, whose work focuses on integrating ancient and modern healing techniques to help people find balance and wellbeing.

She describes running a business as a “beautiful mess, "one that requires constant problem-solving, adaptability, and a willingness to trust your intuition along the way.

Her definition of leadership reflects that same mindset: consistency, flow, and a forward vision with openness to pivot when needed.

We’re grateful to share space with women who are deeply committed to helping others heal and grow.

Women Who Lead ✨

As part of our Women Who Lead series, we’re highlighting women in the Firelight community who are building meaningful work and following what lights them up.

Today we’re featuring Hannah Kaplan, one of our front desk team members and the artist behind Nannie’s Crafts.

She creates one-of-a-kind quilts using thrifted and vintage textiles and her business actually started by accident, after her work went viral on Instagram. What began as something creative and personal has grown into a path rooted in art, sustainability, and self-expression.

She shared that one of the biggest lessons she’s learned is to know your worth and protect your creativity (something many artists and small business owners can relate to!).

Her advice to other women building something of their own is simple: be yourself, follow what you’re passionate about, and keep going.

We’re grateful to share space with women in our community who are creating both inside and outside the studio.

You can follow and support her work at Nannies crafts .
