This grounding yin class is designed to support the physical, emotional, and nervous system shifts that often accompany pre-, peri-, and post-menopause. We’ll begin with a short journal prompt and brief group discussion to create connection and reflection, then move into a slow, deeply supportive yin practice focused on easing joint stiffness, supporting hormonal balance, and calming the mind. Expect long-held, accessible postures, mindful breathing, and space to rest and reset. This class offers a steady, compassionate container to feel supported in this season of change.
