Cummins has been a natural living enthusiast and student since her teens when she lived in an organic farm raw food commune in southern California. The sphenoid and pelvis mirror each other more than most people realize.

Both have a central ‘body’ with wing-like expansions, both function as structural keystones, and both anchor major myofascial and ligamentous systems.
