Coming this Friday, April 10th | 8 AM - 9 AM!

The world is a challenging place right now and difficult to navigate. Daily life is complicated by so many external and internal pressures and this can make us feel out of balance. Prolonged stress can lead to physical problems, emotional challenges, and a reduced sense of well being. Stress arises with change and is a natural part of being alive so learning ways to manage stress can be incredibly beneficial.

This series will introduce tools to help us manage stress and find better balance in all aspects of life.

Using the practices of yoga we will begin to find balance with:

•Pranayama
•Meditation
•Mudra
•Somatics
•Stretch
•Asana
•Relaxation

This series welcomes all level practitioners and all bodies.
You do not need to attend all classes in the series.

⚖️ $18 for drop in
⚖️ Use your 5 or 10-class pass!

Your body isn't "tight", it is asking for support.

Winter has us all moving less, holding more, bracing against the cold. That stiffness in your hips, back and shoulders is totally normal AND changeable.

Join Alex Argo and Jess Fairclough for a deeply nourishing practice intended to honor the Spring Equinox.

As light and dark meet in perfect harmony, we’ll slow down and tune inward through a grounding Yin Yoga sequence. Alex will guide students through a series of postures that are held for longer periods, providing time to release tension, hydrate the connective tissues, and create space for fresh rising energy - helping you align with the natural rhythm of the season and plant seeds for new beginnings.

Throughout the practice, Jess will offer gentle Reiki energy assists, intended to deepen the potency of each posture. Jess will close the practice with an extended Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites profound rest and conscious relaxation. From this liminal, dream-like state, you’re invited to set intentions, restore your nervous system, and emerge feeling refreshed, centered, and gently reawakened.

This practice is perfect for anyone craving rest, reflection, and a gentle yet powerful reset as we step into spring.

Is getting to a studio for yoga tough?

Do you want more yoga but not sure how to make that work?

Tuesday nights, Aleksandra Townsend () offers Slow Flow at the studio AND on Zoom! Class is 5:30-6:30 PM.

No worries about being on camera either. If you are in the studio you will not be seen online because the laptop faces Aleksandra.

This means the folks in class here won't see you online either. You can even turn your camera off completely while practicing at home (this can be a nice option if you are worried about other family members coming into view).

Sign up for this class at www.rosemontwellness.com/yoga. The drop in pass is $18!

New Pop Up Series by Alex Argo ()!!

As we slowly move from the stillness of winter into the renewal of spring, this three-week yoga series is an invitation to gently awaken the body and mind.

Designed to support joint mobility and inner balance, each class blends mindful movement with nourishing Yin yoga stretches to help you transition into the new season feeling open, grounded, and refreshed.

Each practice will begin with a slow, intentional mobility sequence, intended to lubricate the joints, shed stagnation and encourage healthy flow of energy (Qi) — perfect for shaking off the heaviness of winter. From there, we’ll settle into longer-held Yin poses that target the deeper layers of connective tissue, supporting flexibility, circulation, and a sense of spaciousness in both body and mind.

This series offers a quiet reset; a chance to soften, reawaken, and create space for new energy as spring unfolds.

All levels welcome and encouraged!

Join for just one or all three sessions! Drop in & class passes apply!
