Saturday- early bird flow, 8:30am w/
Sunday- vinyasa yoga, 6pm w/

Happy Monday!

This week at Two Moons:

I have expanded my office hours with the addition of a new little space for individual sessions (just up the way from Méraki)

I have sessions available Tuesday & Thursday this week (one opening for Friday)

Wednesday I’ll be at Méraki for Yin at 11am and community meditation at 7. Both of these are donation based and all are welcome to added. Just sign up on my website for each.

Friday is Chakra yin at Eden in PDX 930-1030am. You can sign up for this on their website.

Sunday we have our traveling women’s circle and this month we are at the Breathing Room Collective in Hillsboro 12-2. You can sign up for this on their website as well.

I’m working on a new online workshop and planning some day and weekend retreats for the spring and summer.

There are a TON of ways to tap into self in the library and in the courses tabs on my website. (With something for every students budget.)

We’re kicking off Tuesday with our normal schedule & we will have our classes on Wednesday and Thursday with and off the schedule to honor time with loved ones. Friday-Sunday will also be the same with .moonspdx and ‘s classes. We are all getting close to the end of the year! Starting in January, we will have a slightly modified schedule for winter & also some new and exciting things coming your way! 💐

Hi all!
I updated the fall schedule, which will be good until the end of 2025, as we lost our Wednesday teacher but happily gained our Friday teacher: Jess! .moonspdx Jess will be teaching themed yoga classes. This week’s theme is chakra alignment.

We also tweaked a couple of times to adjust to daylight savings and added candle lighting to add an extra element that pairs with the time change. 🕯️ 🤍

Lastly, free first class codes are good until 12/31/2025. If you would like a code for your first free class, contact us via DM, email or phone/ text!

The updated yoga schedule from now until the end of the year. (Unless we get more yoga teachers in - which we would love to work with more teachers. Email us if you’re interested)! Though the issue of weather is far out, please note that this schedule is willing to change with weather or life events to ensure your place and availability of class, it is always best to book online to be notified if there is a cancellation. We also would love to hear what you would like more of. If there is anything you’re interested please reach out! This list also does not include events that are being held. Check our page and website for more on those!
