✨Welcome to HTNW, Steven Ponec!✨

We’re excited to have you join our team💛

Steven works with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ clients, as well as couples and families navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, and life transitions. Sometimes it’s burnout.
Sometimes it’s loneliness.
Sometimes it’s just knowing something isn’t quite right.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse to get support.

💛 We’ll meet you where you’re at.

We love it when our clinicians build things that help other clinicians.

Thomas, one of our associate clinicians, created a clinical hour tracker called Almost Licensed. It's built specifically for CSWAs in Oregon and LSWAICs in Washington, and it handles the parts that spreadsheets can't: automatic reporting windows, milestone tracking, and supervision hours by placement.

He built it because he needed it. Now other clinicians at our practice are using it too.

If you're tracking hours toward licensure (or supervise someone who is), take a look: almostlicensed.com

60-day free trial. $1-$20 one-time after that. No subscriptions.

Questions? support@almostlicensed.com

🧠5 Signs Your Brain Might Be in “Survival Mode”

Sometimes anxiety, burnout, or trauma responses don’t look the way people expect. Your brain may just be trying to keep you safe.

You might be in survival mode if you:

⚡Feel constantly on edge or easily irritated
🌀Overthink conversations long after they happen
😴Feel exhausted even after sleeping
📱Avoid messages or responsibilities because they feel overwhelming
💭Struggle to relax even during downtime

When your nervous system stays in survival mode for too long, it can impact sleep, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Therapy can help your brain learn that it’s safe to slow down, process experiences, and regulate stress again.
