You’re not imagining it.

Burnout in motherhood doesn’t always look like collapsing. Sometimes it looks like functioning. Smiling. Getting everything done. Holding it all together while falling apart inside.

And the truth is, most moms don’t realize they’re burned out because they’ve normalized survival mode.

So if you feel constantly overwhelmed but still pushing through or like you’re always “fine” but rarely feel okay.

Here’s your reminder. You don’t have to earn rest and you don’t have to wait until you break to take yourself seriously.

✨Start small.
✨Pause when you can.
✨Ask for support without over-explaining it.
