✨ Meet Annie Hopkins, PT, RYT ✨ Annie is a pelvic health physical therapist and yoga instructor dedicated to supporting pregnant and postpartum people through holistic, empowering care.

In 2018, Annie devoted her career to pelvic health with a specialty in pregnancy and postpartum wellness, further deepening her expertise through the Institute for Birth Healing and her training as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula.
