Established in 2004, Unity currently serves clients in Scioto, Pike, Adams and Lawrence counties in southern Ohio. Unity I Home Health Care is accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program). The accreditation process of JCAHO and CHAP are a key factor in Unity I Home Health Care providing the highest standard of care to our clients. Certified provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Passport, and CareStar Waiver programs, as well as the Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Energy.
