This evening Noah comes into my office as I’m packing up to head home. He sees a book I have on the desk and notices the ribbons from a bookmark he made me for a Christmas present recently hanging out of the pages of the book.

Noah: This! This is mine! This is the bookmark I made you!”

Me: Yes! I love it and I use it everyday!”

Noah: Oh! This fills me with SO much JOY!!

And then he runs to me and hugs me hard and starts mini crying as I hug him back.

This kid is 5, and he has so much figured out already.

I am unbelievably blessed and grateful every single day that he is in our lives. He fills our family with SO much JOY!! ♥️✨🙏🏼
