Did you know the top two bones in your neck can play a role in headaches and migraines?

The Atlas vertebra (C1) and Axis vertebra (C2) sit just beneath the Brainstem and near the Vertebral arteries that supply blood to the brain. When these vertebrae are misaligned, it can create stress on the nervous system and potentially contribute to migraine patterns.

Our team team recently enjoyed in a warm, sunny retreat in Cancun, Mexico. 🌴🌞🌊

We spent the weekend bonding, brainstorming, and recharging so we can continue providing the best care to our amazing patients. Of course, no retreat is complete without a down time—so we enjoyed dinners and some pool time together.

Taking time to connect as a team helps us grow stronger together, which translates to even better care for YOU!
