snowshoe today! Only 1/2 mile on the trails, but it felt fine (exactly

A new year and we kicked off our first full week in the OR with 13 . 2 of these were patients who had had a traditional elsewhere a struggled with their first recovery.

9 of these were with the Restor3d custom, patient-specific implant. This is a unique offering where the implant is made to fit each patient's individual anatomy.

All 13 patients went home the same day to enjoy recovery in the comfort of their own home.

Welcome to 2026!!

We have 12 Jiffy Knee procedures booked in our first full week of surgery. Here is one of our 3 week follow-up patients demonstrating 125 degrees of flexion. No walker, crutches or cane. She is complaining more about her chronic back pain than her recent total knee.

With the muscle and tendon sparing surgical technique we are seeing patients at 3 weeks who look like they are 3 months out from surgery.

There are many skeptics out there that claim this approach has issues with proper exposure and visualization but this is not a typical subvastus approach. It is the subtle differences in incision placement that make this technique to successful.

Hear the Jiffy Knee story of one of our patients - a union carpenter who needed to get back to work as soon as possible and needed both knees replaced.

After learning about Jiffy Knee, he travelled to our practice for surgery and was eligible for our bundled payment program which allows the entire episode to care to be billed as a single charge including surgery, anesthesia, the facility fee, and all postoperative care including physical therapy.
