We’re currently looking to hire a part-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist for our chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy practice in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. We’ve proudly served the Hampton Roads community for 25 years.
🗓 Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
⏰ 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM (24 hours/week)
We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and organized who enjoys working with patients in a healthcare setting. Front desk or customer service experience is preferred; medical office experience is a plus.

The parking lot and sidewalks have been shoveled but may still have a few slippery areas so proceed with caution if you have an appointment with us today. If you are shoveling snow, try bending your knees and hips to keep the pressure off of your lower back. Breathe in as you lift or push. Breathe out as you throw. Remember to take frequent breaks. Being out in the cold can cause your blood vessels to constrict. Within just two minutes of shoveling, your heart can reach 85% of it's maximum heart rate, according to the American Heart Association.

It was with great sadness that we've learned of the passing of our mentor, Dr. James Cox. To say that he was a giant in our field is an understatement. Dr. Cox is largely to thank for anyone who has gained benefit from Chiropractic services in our office. We were honored that Dr Cox asked Dr. Miller to co-author two separate papers with him. We have spent many hours under Dr. Cox's tutelage and will do our best to carry on this man's amazing legacy. Rest in peace to our mentor and friend, Dr. James Cox.
