We want to be your medical home. At Compass Community Health, we work to build beneficial relationships with you in order to improve your health and stay connected throughout your life. We accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare, and Ohio Medicaid. We accept self-insured patients as well, and offer a sliding fee schedule. Appointments are often available same or next day.
